Perceptions
and perspectives
Oxigeme as a
process of integration for a Psychology at the service of consciousness started
in 1980 in Barcelona, in the moment I began to establish myself professionally.
At that time it
was exciting for me to outline this embryonic process, and even nowadays I am
revising some of my old programs, especially one of them which began with the
phrase: “We are born with an eggshell that structures that which is amorphous
…”. Years later that idea took on meaning in my reflections and possible
intuitions in relation with the mold of the human being, its services and
transformations.
Oxigeme starts
from the idea that the human being comes into this world conforming a “necessary
structure” and a “memory”. This structure establishes a necessary armor in order
to withstand the vital friction. But sometimes a situation arises where for some
people this “eggshell” becomes a corset which impedes people from
widening their perceptive and conscious field; at that moment people enter into
an “Emergent Crisis”.
Nowadays we are
in need of a Psychology that could offer answers to these processes that have
been occurring from ancient times to the radical present. An answer which sinks
its roots into the anguish of the quest of today’s human being, understanding it
as a challenge in order to develop the deepest potential of the being. We need a
psychology which could access the unspeakable, giving support and meaning to the
being who understands life as an opportunity facing the darkness and death. A
being who shakes when facing the mysterium tremedum, who never denies his
vital anxiety coming from his ignorance; and who, when faced with the hypnosis
of human machines—that deny their feelings—waits for the commotion of the
ancient people, the soft whisper from the spirit to the heart—the necessary
predisposition which sinks into the identity of the cosmos.
Only by
paying continuous attention and with constancy can we really access inner
transformation after elaborating processes.
Seminars and
therapies are carried out by professionals who have a background in psychology
and medicine. |
